Important Information

  • Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you
  • Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched
  • We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers

Deliveries for Online Purchases

All products are delivered in the UK at £4.95 a transaction. If we need to fulfil your order in separate parcels you will not be charged any more. Some small and light products, for example greetings cards, are exempt from a delivery charge, this will be indicated on the checkout page.

Please allow 3-5 days for your parcel to arrive, we will always endeavour to deliver it sooner. We use Royal Mail and a signature will be required upon arrival.

We have a cut off order time of 3pm daily to deliver within the estimated timescale.

Packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses.

Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier directly.


For your satisfaction, Humphreys of Henley is happy to make exchanges within 28 days for any product, completely free of charge (but only if you haven’t used it!). We want to make sure you end up with the product that you want and will do pretty much anything to make sure that happens! Simply send back the item, confirming your name, address and what you want to exchange it for. We’ll do the rest! At Christmas we are happy to accept anything bought after November 15th up until January 15th.

Returns & Refunds

We are very proud of our reputation for outstanding customer service. If there is anything with which you are not entirely satisfied we will help. We want you to be happy. In the event of receiving faulty goods, please return the goods within 28 days of delivery. If you just don’t like it, we’ll refund it as long as it hasn’t been used. Basically it’s common sense. Whatever the problem, we’ll do everything to make sure you’re happy.

Because we use a 3rd party to deliver for us, things do occasionally go wrong. Fortunately not too often. If this does happen to you please accept our apologies. Let us know as we may be able to help track down your order for you. Please contact us on 01491 611183 or


Humphreys of Henley insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
